This case study will explore the Design process to develop the Purwadhika Library, a Digital Library (OPAC) for Purwadhika College. A comprehensive repository platform that serves the entire campus community, facilitating book lending, providing insights into the latest book offerings, and more.
I aim to highlight the importance of universities aiming for international campus standards to establish their own comprehensive library repository. This repository should embody exceptional usability and a visually engaging interface, empowering the university community to evolve and thrive towards.
THE RESEARCH PHASE
This MVP project starts when Stakeholder give me a brief that contains User Story, and i have to design final screens and some feature based on that PRD
I began conducting research on the essential features that may be needed for each Epic and can address the problems in the User Stories.
This greatly helps me in wireframe concept development. I also consult with my mentor and colleagues to ensure the features I create meet user needs.

I have analyzed the OPAC from a renowned library as a reference for layout and inspiration for the features that will be implemented in the Purwadhika Library OPAC.

What i learned during this project.
THIS PROJECT
This is my first time doing Design Challenge in Purwadhika, without doing much research. Because we already provided by User Story as Product Documents Requirements (PRD). This is a huge challenge for me, because maybe this is how real experience in workplaces.
Honestly, i dont feel i have enough time and energy to fullfill all the User Acceptance Criteria that i made BY MYSELF. I remember what my mentor said, Dont make this hard for yourself. I know i dont develop the Loan Transaction and this UX Case Study feel incompleted. But i promise, i will finish what i’ve started.
As my early career as UI/UX Designer
As what i stated before, this is a brand new experiences for me. This is a good stepping stone to improve my design taste and knowledge. I think there is a lot more to come in the future. Throught this project, i learned a lot about project management system, a new things. I hope i can learn more so i can finally be a good Product Designer.
